Memorial Forest

Memorial Forest

Located centrally between Frostwood Elementary School and Memorial City Mall, this neighborhood really shines. From the American flags that line the streets during the Fourth of July to friends meeting up at the area’s Memorial Forest Club for tennis and swimming, this charming setting offers many opportunities to create community.

Many of the homes built in the 1960s have been extensively remodeled, while new construction by custom builders is equally as common. Close proximity to shopping and dining has helped keep property values on the rise through the years. Memorial City Mall, which offers movies, shopping and several restaurants, is just down the street. Town & Country and City Centre, other areas of premier shopping and fine dining, are just minutes to the west.

School aged children attend either the newly rebuilt Frostwood Elementary (which opened its brand new doors in December 2013) or Bunker Hill Elementary. After elementary school, students continue on to Memorial Middle School and Memorial High School. All three schools have stellar reputations within the Spring Branch Independent School District. Memorial High School is renowned for its academics and athletics. There are approximately 320 homes in Memorial Forest. Homes located on Rhett or Tara are in the Memorial Forest subdivision, but also in the City of Bunker Hill Village.
